Arsenal footballer Héctor Bellerín has been announced as an ambassador for Heart4More Foundation, which works with football's governing bodies, professional clubs, players, fans and communities to raise awareness of cardiac related issues within the game.

The initiative was set up last year by former footballer Tobi Alabi, who had to quit the sport after collapsing on the pitch with a heart problem. Bellerín said 'I was really pleased that Tobi wanted me to be an ambassador for the foundation and I'm really proud of it. I really felt inspired that Tobi and the Foundation are not only trying to help people with screenings, they are also trying to help young people by educating them on and off the pitch'.
